Of course we all know Venti’s is known for our great food (”good, clean food,” to be precise) as well as our totally amazing rotating micro brew selection. We are going to try something a little different in the Basement Bar for July’s First Wednesday.

Try some really yummy sake cocktails: the Hello Kitty, Green Orchid, Fire Breathing Dragon, Dreamsicle, Japanese Russian, and more! Lots of different sakes to try, including delicious flavors, like pear and mango/ginger.

PEAR SAKE SPRITZER
Asake twist on the traditional white wine spritzer.

DREAMSICLE
Sake, Indio blood-orange vodka, fresh squeezed OJ, topped with champagne.

GREEN ORCHID
G joy sake, muddled mint, fresh lime juice, ginger vodka, sprite.

HELLO KITTY
Asian pear sake, Lovejoy vodka, peach schnapps, fresh grapefruit juice.

FIRE BREATHING DRAGON
A BLAZING HOT sake bloody mary.

JAPANESE RUSSIAN
G joy sake, Absolut Vanilla, Kahlua, cream.

TALLBOY SIDEKICK
Either Olympia or Iron City tallboy can and a 4oz pour of Gekkeikan sake.

SAKE 2 ME
Bottled, flavored, and lightly sparkling sake.
Ginger Mango or Yuzu Citrus.
